- Arrives by ambulance after syncope
- Initial blood pressure 90/50, improved with IV fluids
- Some abdominal tenderness at incision points
- Gyn surgeon: “a routine procedure” - vasovagal
- Patient stands up and states she is feeling “dizzy”...
